Welcome! I work with teenagers and adults who have been through traumatic experiences and find themselves struggling with various challenges. I specialize in working with individuals who want to delve deeper into themselves to discover the root causes of their challenges and create sustainable change. If you are looking to explore your inner world or increase your capacity to experience difficult emotions, I can offer you support and guidance as you strengthen your relationship with yourself. I see individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relational issues, self-harm,and impaired daily functioning. I utilize several modalities including, IFS, DBT, Psychodynamic intervention and Motivational Interviewing. Together we will engage in embodied work to address the root causes of your challenges.
