My approach to therapy is rooted in my firm belief in the power of self-exploration through a collaborative approach. I aim to be warm, open-minded and inquisitive with my clients in order to establish an authentic connection where I can learn what has led each client to therapy as well as what they wish to happen next. My hope is that my clients will feel a shift towards self-acceptance and growth over the course of our time together. I strive for my clients to develop insight in which they are able to take what they learn about themselves in sessions and apply it to their life outside of therapy in practicable and actionable ways.
