Because I am currently in training, I can offer high quality therapy for a low fee under highly skilled supervision ($30-$100 sliding scale). I believe that our suffering can be lessened by observing our thoughts and the stories we tell ourselves, and that a caring and healthy relationship with a therapist can create a container that allows us to observe and reframe those stories. This belief does not discount that some of us face significant systemic barriers that contribute to our suffering.
