Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), in Southern California. I have 7 years experience in working with adults and families. My therapeutic style includes an unwavering commitment to working together in pursuit of your mental well-being. My communication style is personable, relaxed and encouraging. My goal is to create a safe space to process your thoughts without judgement. In our first session, I want to start getting to know you! In an effort to do so we will be going through a questionnaire on our first session, which involves me asking you questions about yourself both from the past and present. I'd also like to know what specific challenges you are facing or any other topics you'd wish to discuss in our session.
