Over 25 years experience working in the mental health field. My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, down-to-earth, and relatable, with respect for each individual as a person and not just a diagnosis. I love working with teens, adults, and new parents on a variety of emotional, adjustment, relationship, and life transition issues. I have a particular heart for trauma survivors, divorce/breakup recovery, and those with chronic illness - It is my privilege to help these individuals on their healing journeys, including learning to set healthier boundaries, and experiencing healthier relationships with themselves and others.
