Hi and welcome to my page. I specialize in providing virtual neurodiversity affirming therapy for adults with ADHD, High Masking Autistic Women, Chronic Health Issues, Anxiety and Depression. Symptoms of neurodiversity can include masking, burnout, overstimulation, rejection sensitivity dysphoria, low self worth, overwhelm, negative self talk. Life stressors such as relationships, career, school, health may contribute to feelings of anxiety and/or depression. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space to process experiences and learn new coping skills. By building on your strengths we develop plans for moving forward in life.
