I specialize in issues that come with being a woman in your twenties and thirties. Things like major life transitions, family and relationships, self esteem, grief/loss, and boundary setting. If you’re feeling stuck, restless, or just need a space that's all yours, I’m your therapist. What I do best is build rapport that becomes your biggest catalyst for real change.
