Welcome! I am a trauma-informed and patient-centered therapist; trained in EMDR and specialize in trauma, perinatal mental health and mood disorders. I enjoy working with women, adults and young adults on managing mental health, life transitions, and improving relationships with themselves and others. I am passionate about helping people develop insight and awareness, as well as exploring how to break through negative patterns in order to live a more fulfilling and happier life. I accept private pay and a variety of insurance's listed below to provide services to as many clients as possible. Will be on maternity leave Sept-Nov '25.
