As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I am committed to providing therapy that is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and research-supported practice. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, and I have spent nearly five years helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate challenges related to anxiety, trauma, identity, family dynamics, and life transitions. My approach is relational and strengths-based—I believe people heal when they feel seen, supported, and empowered.
