Grounded in a relational and somatic approach to therapy, I draw on attachment-based, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented approaches to support clients in accessing their inner resources and resiliency. As a psychodynamic therapist I offer a warm, empathic presence as we co-create a safe container within which explore internal layers of trauma, grief, loneliness, overwhelm, or a pervasive sense of discomfort with life as it is. Bringing curiosity, deep listening, and insight to what lies beneath the experience of suffering, we allow for the possibility of deep inner healing and growth. My experience draws from certificates in EFT, Brainspotting, and Somatic Attachment Therapy, as well as decades in the healing arts as a Lomi bodyworker, massage therapist, student of Vipassana meditation, yoga teacher, and life coach. I have been a teacher, potter, realtor, small business owner, and, most importantly, mom to 2 exquisite young adults.
