I have worked as a psychologist, professor, and academic researcher for over 15-years. I am a highly skilled and experienced licensed psychologist who has provided mental health services in hospitals, college counseling centers, community counseling centers, and private practice. I have worked with clients across the lifespan, from very young children (4-years of age) to older adults (100+ years of age), presenting with a variety of mental health needs. I provide psychological services that are strength-based, evidence-based, person-centered, culturally sensitive, and context driven. I offer therapy in-person and via tele-health. My clients describe me as genuine, caring, supportive, and dedicated. I match my approach to the needs of my clients, and take into account their presenting concerns, personal history, identities, and goals for therapy. The more I get to know my clients' concerns and preferences, the better I can assist them.
