My style is relational and collaborative—I’m interested in who you are, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope for. Together, we’ll explore your needs at a pace that feels right, with the goal of helping you connect more fully to yourself and your own inner wisdom. I work with adults and couples navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the everyday complexities of being human. I have experience supporting clients across many backgrounds and identities, and integrating spirituality when desired.
