I'm a mental health counselor that specializes in supporting adults 18 and older who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions (especially college students and young adults), bipolar disorder, sleep disturbances, and women's issues. My practice is rooted in providing person-centered, compassionate and collaborative telehealth counseling tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Drawing from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT-informed strategies, ACT, and strength-based therapy, I guide my clients through their therapeutic journey with care and mindfulness.
