Hello. My name is Shannon, and I lost 15 years of my life disconnecting from myself through various addictive behaviors. Now, I go to work everyday inspired to help others reclaim their time, really their one life. I work well with young people who can’t quite strike the balance between connecting with others and connecting with themselves. Something feels off. Maybe you find yourself clinging to others, “externalizing”, meanwhile zoning out when you are alone with yourself. Maybe you find it hard to relax in social settings. Maybe you obsess about how you will be perceived and play small in life to avoid feeling vulnerable.
