Welcome! As of 1/3/26, I have one opening on Tuesdays at 1 pm at my Farmington Hills office. Please send me an email if you're interested in working together. I work primarily with kids, teens, and young adults (up to age 30) but I have experience working with people of all ages. I strive to utilize evidence-based therapy models to empower my clients to develop a deep level of self-understanding and growth. My role is to offer my clients support, guidance, and tools to navigate each step of their journey toward reaching their goals and finding relief from uncomfortable symptoms. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, relationship issues, and significant life changes like divorce, starting college, or entering the workforce. I'm passionate about providing a comforting and judgment-free environment coupled with empathy and compassion to help individuals improve their quality of life.
