Many emotions and experiences may lead us to seek mental health care. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) my goal is to work with you to foster improvement in your mental and emotional health. I’m also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC1) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I have a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University. My range of work has taught me to adapt to different environments and populations and showed me the importance of building rapport with my clients, allowing progress to occur organically. I utilize several interventions and modalities to best meet your needs and work towards treatment goals that we will establish together.
