The traditional head nodding, passive engagement, and ‘how does that make you feel?’ is a thing of the past. I enjoy actively supporting and challenging folks in their process of reflection, introspection, and growth. I work best with people who are asking questions, shifting relationships with themselves or others, and who are committed to showing up and/or learning more about their authentic, vulnerable, and values-focused self. Often we struggle to find words to identify our core values to put & keep boundaries in place. It can feel black and white in a world of gray. Language is so meaningful; I support folks in creating responses that feel aligned for them. My style is direct & compassionate. I utilize a strength-based, empowering approach while integrating humor & warmth.
