I believe in utilizing a strengths-based approach to help my clients in becoming the best versions of themselves. This involves a variety of techniques in individual therapy sessions. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. I have been working in the field since 2008 and have experience providing groups in addition to individual counseling. I currently offer individual counseling focused on trauma and co-occurring disorders, including substance abuse issues.
