I believe that everyone deserves to be seen, understood, and provided room to heal and grow. Many of us carry many competing thoughts and questions, from doubts and fears, to hopes and dreams, or questions we may not feel comfortable addressing with others or even on our own. My hope is that with a genuine, unassuming, and down-to-earth approach to therapy we can foster a trusting, open, and reflective environment and explore whatever is present for you, moving towards growth and healing together.
