I mainly work with adults, couples & families. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to positively rescript traumatic memories, providing relief from trauma symptoms. I am a trained Discernment Counselor aiming to help couples contemplating or facing divorce to find clarity and determine a way forward. I am also a Certified Grief Counselor helping others make their way through grief and loss of any kind.
