I approach each person with a deep sense of reverence & respect! My primary goal is to create a welcoming environment in which you feel safe, comfortable, and accepted for who you are; this is essential for effective therapy. I view each person as a whole rather than focusing on their isolated parts. While I recognize the individuality & uniqueness of each person's needs, problems, and concerns, I address issues with the whole person in mind, taking into account all the dimensions of human life: physical, mental, emotional, and relational. My ultimate goal in therapy is to facilitate growth into wholeness & harmonious integration
