Hi, I’m Shannon Hoffman, and I’m so glad you're here. I’m a licensed mental health therapist with a deep passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults through life’s challenges. I’m trained in Child-Center Play Therapy and EMDR. My goal is to offer a compassionate and developmentally appropriate space for healing and growth. I work collaboratively with families to support emotional regulation, attachment and resilience. I tailor therapy to meet each individual’s unique needs.
