Through the therapeutic process Shannon assists adults 18 years and older with converting negative, destructive, or counterproductive thoughts and behaviors into more positive and beneficial ones. She approaches each client with empathy, respect, and congruency. Shannon is nationally certified and is a member of The American Counselors Association and of Chi Sigma Iota, an international academic and professional honor society. Shannon provides empirical based counseling for adults who suffer with a variety of emotional issues.
