My approach is eclectic in nature and I help clients with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, school-related issues, life transitions, and everyday challenges of life. My approach is eclectic in nature. However, I mainly use Adlerian therapy, CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy to address client concerns.
