As a therapist and a human, I believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is the most important part of the healing process. I pride myself on being able to develop relationships others, even those who have differing life experiences, view points, values and beliefs. I believe that all of us have the ability to find solutions to our problems given the right supports and resources. My passion is helping my clients find and reach the best version of themselves, whatever that may be! In working in the sexual health field in a predominantly conservative area, I offer a unique perspective of understanding the societal, cultural and religious influences and how they impact our sexual and mental health. I focus on helping my clients see what they need individually not just what is expected by others (family, culture, society).
