In-person Available! I primarily work with narcissistic abuse survivors as well as empaths and HSP's (which are typically targeted by narcissists). I also work with couples who feel they are in toxic dynamics and feel stuck. This life is hard but having someone who you can talk to is so helpful and I communicate with my clients, not stare at you and expect you to do all talking! I promise you that even when it feels like you just can't do it anymore.. you really can! I personally have experienced much of life's hardships but I'm grateful for that because it gave me the opportunity to help so many others! I am engaged with my clients, meaning I do not expect you to show up to therapy and know what to say or have to talk the whole time. I want this to feel as though you're talking to your friend (who has zero opinion about the outcome) rather than staring awkwardly at a stranger. I offer many different modalities that we can explore as we go!
