I am a dedicated therapist who believes all people have an innate capacity for healing. Having navigated the joys and challenges of family life as a mother, I bring that resilience to support clients through life's changes. I specialize in traditional talk therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Brainspotting, helping clients find peace, strength and clarity.
