Depression that has you in such a dark and sad place, you forget there is light and joy. Anxiety so heavy, that it takes your breath away. Your mind so clouded by a fog of despair, that trying to navigate through life seems impossible. If this is a battle you're fighting, you don't have to fight alone, I'm here to help you.
