I believe healing starts when you feel seen, accepted, and supported. With over 13 years in education and working as a school counselor, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, and families through many challenges. I use a warm, person-centered approach to help kids and teens name their emotions, build coping skills, and grow stronger. I also enjoy supporting families in improving communication and understanding. Therapy with me is a safe space where big feelings are welcomed, laughter is encouraged, and real growth happens.
