Being a human can be hard. The difficulties life throws us may leave us questioning ourselves or our relationships; however, you don’t have to navigate it all on your own. If you are looking to explore and process your own thoughts and emotions, I strive to create a nonjudgmental space for you to do so. My goal is for you to feel empowered to navigate difficulties with a little more trust in yourself despite past experiences or current circumstances. I primarily work with adults who are facing difficulties related to mood, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma in a therapeutic environment that prioritizes safety and authenticity.
