I enjoy working with a variety of people and age groups. I look forward to building a rapport and getting to know my clients strengths. I hope to work towards a common goal and approach the work with flexibility. There is something to be said for utilizing humor and creating trust. I have worked in many different settings including clinics, schools, residential, and teaching college level courses in mental health as well as providing mental health support to adults and adolescents and families. I enjoy working with clients around grief, strength based approaches, CBT strategies, relational conflict, anxiety, and parental stress.
