I am a licensed clinical social worker and a trauma-informed therapist with twelve years of clinical experience. I use techniques such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, ERP, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal psychotherapy to identify and address your concerns collaboratively. I work best with clients 13 years and above, and My areas of expertise include trauma, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, OCD, interpersonal conflicts, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I whole-heartedly believe that people can change and grow and heal from trauma and any other experience they have in their past.
