Life happens. Sometimes the things we experience in life are a bit too much to handle on our own, a bit too personal to talk to friends about, and a bit too complicated to rely on self-help gurus. That’s where I come into the picture! My goal is help you work through issues that may be hindering you, your child/teen, or your family. Whether anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, child/teen struggles, I would love to help get things back on track. I am a trauma-focused therapist. Most of my clients have experienced some form of trauma (Trauma). Using EMDR and TF-CBT techniques, I help clients process the trauma. I also work with other areas of focus such as depression and anxiety.
