Often, we don’t feel ready for growth until the pain of staying the same outweighs the discomfort that comes with change. Defining our values, healing from hard stuff, and creating new ways of showing up as our authentic selves- this is the work of being human. You don’t have to be a particular kind of human to work with me, but please know that I work hard to make my office a place that is judgment-free and safe for all. Together, we will work with your nervous system to explore healing and build capacity for forward momentum. I integrate CBT and mindfulness-based approaches into this work, incorporating somatic experiencing to ensure that the process feels both safe and impactful, even when exploring difficult concerns.
