I offer therapy that is honest, attuned, and deeply relational. Many of my clients have done some personal growth already—but find themselves still stuck in patterns that feel impossible to overcome. Our work will be both gentle and deep—rooted in curiosity, nervous system awareness, and real-time relational insight. I work with therapists, highly functioning women and men who are ready to deepen emotional intelligence. I also work with couples.
