I’m Shannon, an LMSW mental health therapist, board game enthusiast, crafter, and lover of national parks. I earned my Master of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University in 2025 and am licensed as an LMSW in Idaho. I believe healing happens through connection, choice, and collaboration. My role is to walk alongside you as we explore your goals, strengths, and hopes at a pace that feels right for you. My goal as a therapist is to help you build the skills, insight, and support needed to navigate life with greater confidence and ease.
