I help adults move from surviving to thriving. I create a safe space and supportive relationship where clients can gain a better understanding of behaviors that developed to protect/help them previously, but could be hindering them now. I help empower clients to utilize their strengths or put new tools in their emotional toolbelt to overcome challenging chapters in life. I focus on working with adult individuals struggling with trauma (including PTSD and complex PTSD), depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, and substance use disorders.
