Maybe you want to work through a loss, life event, or major life change with a third party who is trained to help you process your concerns and reach your goals, collaboratively. Reaching out can be helpful when new and additional challenges require new skills. Together we can discover how to leverage your existing resources, allow you to practice new skills, and to move forward with wisdom, self-compassion, and confidence. I offer integrative, person-centered and solution focused care for individuals, couples, and groups of all ages; treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, career, relational, behavioral, and other therapy/coaching issues; with a variety of approaches, including CBT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Expressive Arts & Play Interventions.
