My clients are some of the most resilient and inspiring people I know. I love walking alongside them and feel honored to do this work! I primarily work with people who’ve experienced trauma or neglect, which can lead to struggles like anxiety, addictions, depression, or OCD. I also support those navigating chronic illness or disability. My passion is helping clients reconnect with their true selves, building self-compassion and resilience. Every person has what they need inside them already. We all just need help and safety on the journey!
