I prioritize creating a safe, empathetic environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. In addition to my person-centered foundation, I incorporate Brainspotting techniques, which can help facilitate deeper emotional processing and trauma resolution. For couples, I utilize Gottman methods, which are grounded in research and designed to enhance communication, understanding, and intimacy.
