Life can feel heavy when you are carrying anxiety, ongoing stress, relationship pain, or the impact of past experiences that still affect you today. You may feel stuck or frustrated by patterns that repeat despite your insight and effort. I work with clients who want to understand themselves more deeply and move beyond simply coping. Therapy focuses on what is happening beneath the surface, including how the nervous system and attachment patterns shape emotions and relationships. My goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and equipped for lasting change. I help teens, adults, and couples feel more connected, confident, and understood. I support teens in building resilience and self-awareness, guide adults through life transitions and mental health struggles, and help couples strengthen communication, trust, and emotional intimacy.
