Deciding to see a therapist can be an overwhelming decision, and it can also be a powerful time of exploration, discovery, healing, and growth. Through discovering more fully our story and how our stories came to be, we can attend to that process. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor- Candidate, offering in-person, and telehealth counseling sessions. I believe counseling to be a collaborative relationship with the client, helping support the client process experiences with a focus on the whole person, connecting mind and body, and developing a deeper understanding of our life experiences in a way to positively grow.
