Hello and welcome! Seeking the right therapist can be daunting, so hopefully I can make the process a bit easier for you. I have helped my clients navigate depression, anxiety, substance/alcohol use, motivation, perfectionism, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, and family dynamics. Further, I have a special interest in working with people who struggle with eating concerns, body image, and enjoying life outside of diet culture. I embrace HAES, body positivity/neutrality/acceptance, and harm reduction.
