I specialize in working with adults and adolescents (12+) who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, panic, work/life stress, and other related concerns. We all experience anxiety, worry, and stress from time to time, but it can become an issue when it starts interfering with your enjoyment of daily life or impacts your work, school, and relationships. Through working together we can help you to no longer feel restricted by anxiety, stress, and worry. My therapy style is warm, open, and compassionate. I take a nonjudgmental approach and aim to create a safe space for you to work on your goals at your own pace.
