About

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe that self-care is crucial to a person's overall well-being. I have spent years working with children, adults, and families who need support in achieving their mental health goals so they can live the life they want. I work with people with a variety of needs but as a former special education social worker, I have a special interest in working with parents of children with disabilities or complex medical needs. I also have significant experience assisting parents with navigating the IEP process to ensure their child receives the necessary supports to be successful in school.
