I also believe that a strong clinical rapport is the foundation upon which healing occurs and that you need practical skills to initiate behavior changes that are critical to taking ownership of your healing. As a clinician, I am curious, investigative, compassionate, an advocate, empowering, trust-building, and pragmatic. I am passionate about combining CBT, DBT, and other mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches to help you meet your goals.
