Beginning therapy can be a hard decision to make, however, it will help you feel so much better. Whether there is something specific, or you want another set of ears to listen, we can work together to unravel thoughts and stressors and create ways that support you best in feeling successful at managing your daily emotions and interactions. My focus is solely on you, your needs and what will help you best. I have found that I enjoy working with trauma survivors of any age, and have a wide scope of practice working with children, adults and couples ages 2-65.
