My niche is working with people who identify as LGBTQIA+ and I am an ally to the BIPOC community. I enjoy working with young adults and adults. I have over 22 years of experience helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, and substance use. I like working with people who are going through difficult life transitions and are interested in fostering their confidence and resiliency. My style is to build connections based on mutual trust.
