I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to assisting individuals improve upon their wellness by gaining emotional awareness and insight, while also identifying and implementing coping skills. I have worked in the mental health field in various settings for 11 years, such as community mental health agencies as well as a psychiatric crisis setting. For the past four years, I have worked in private practice. I provide individual counseling to pre-teens, adolescents and adults.
