Have you ever felt overwhelmed with life circumstances or approaching changes? Have you ever felt unsure of where to find help, or hesitant to reach out for support? Oftentimes life throws us curveballs and facing these challenges alone can be scary. I strive to provide a safe, therapeutic and trauma-informed environment based on holding hope and discovering the strengths within you. I enjoy working teens, transitional aged youth (18-25), adults, and older adults, specifically individuals living with severe and long-term mental illness and substance abuse disorders.
